Think from their client’s perspective
Christina is really great at communicating with clients to make sure that what the clients have in mind are well reflected in the product. Also, Christina and the team are great at giving very practical advice, and would suggest you to chop unnecessary functions, although that means they don’t get paid extra for the unnecessary functions. I really appreciate their thinking from their clients’ perspectives. Cooperation with them is easy and very result-oriented since these guys know what is good customer service is and do their best to provide it.
