Email Management App
Description: Mobile client that integrates all mail accounts into one with easy navigation and operation.
Client: Private entrepreneur.
Challenge: The main challenge of the project was to keep folders hierarchy as different email apps have different structure. Another issue was to enable attachment function and let users read emails already stored in the app when there is no internet access.
Solution: As a result our client got simple and customizable app with easy email management and ability to download letters from server that we enabled by using smtp/imap protocols. The client also requested to include attachment sending so we used mailcore2 to enable this feature on iOS 8. The app has also multiple deletion feature, sorts letters by folders and is available offline (read mode) as all emails are saved to server when received. For users’ convenience they can also send, reply and forward letters as in any common mail client.
