Laravel CRM and X-Cart Website Development

Client: US private entrepreneur.
Challenge: Our customer provides car repair services so he needed a tool to organise all the customer-related data. The next step was developing online platform for purchases so that each customer could request repair service he needs online. And finally, another service to complement the 2 above – online vehicle breakdown tracking tool where users could report incidents. The complexity for such project was putting various users, data and processes into a single tool and make it easy to be managed and updated.
Solution: We’ve built a CRM portal just from the scratch with deep 3rd party open source plugin customization using Laravel 5. We also enabled ability to obtain quotes and purchase coverage contracts directly from the site using X-Cart. Users are also able to request the repairment online and consult with inspectors on the customer’s car damage. If necessary, users can upload CSV files containing detailed information on every vehicle and upload it to their account right away. Prior starting the repair, the system automatically sends the pre-agreed deduction to be covered.
