Description: Android application that allows sales reps to collect all leads-related data arranged in groups by event. This mobile app was initiated for internal use of the customer’s sales team.

Challenge: Our client is a startup and his sales team often visits various industry-specific events for leads generation. Business cards’ collection and processing is an issue so our customer requested us for a mobile solution. The app had to manage all new contacts into groups by events, add lead-related notes and keep records on the next steps. As a result our client wanted to get an easy-to-manage tool with access to all the necessary info on the lead. We agreed to launch the app with basic set of features and then extend its functions in future versions.
Solution: The app allows to create events, group leads within them and make lists of contacts by event. Each record stores the following leads’-related information: name, title, company, email address etc. The app can store business card images as well and attach them to the contact. If a QR code on card is available, the app scans it and attaches to the relevant lead. As a result you have all info according the contact, brief summary of conversation and notes on the next steps in one place. The customer got practical and effective tool that exactly fits his needs.

Success story: Soon after the launch and successful test run during event, we updated the app and added scheduled features like push notifications, synchronization with CRM systems, calendars and mail.
