Client: IT outsourcing company from Eastern Europe.
Challenge: Our customer runs IT outsourcing company with a focus on Microsoft technological stack and branding projects expertise. Despite having an inhouse sales department they’ve decided to hire a remote sales person from Denmark to work for them on their customer’s’ side to increase sales volume. To set up the process smoothly, their remote specialist requested a database of their potential customers from Denmark, Sweden and Norway to contact them directly and set up face-to-face meetings to discuss potential cooperation. The main criteria we’ve had was to identify those companies which were looking to hire .Net and Xamarin developers.
Solution: We’ve analyzed our customer’s potential audience within the Nordic countries and came up with the idea to make it as specific as possible. As a result we’ve gathered a list of 200 narrow niche startup companies which were looking to hire .Net or Xamarin developers. Our research specialists have also managed to find direct contacts of those companies’ CEOs. The overall cold sales campaign resulted in a 20% conversion. Based on positive experience, our customer is planning to develop this sales approach in future.
