Description: Marketing campaigns for international Agile Eastern Europe conference (2011-2013, 2015) including email marketing plan and email-writing, social media campaign, info partnership and leads’ generation to attract attendees to the conference.

Client: Private entrepreneur, conference organizer.

Challenge: Conference brings Agile specialists, coaches and all those who use this methodology together. The issue is rather niche and the need to reach not only local visitors (the conference is held in Kyiv, Ukraine), but also foreign participants and info partners, brings the challenge.

Solution: Together with the organizer’s team we created promo materials to launch email marketing campaign that usually starts 2 month in advance. We also planned social media promo campaign (2-3 posts per week) on corporate Facebook page + several ad campaigns that brought overall 30% from the total attendees’ amount. We have also created and continuously update sponsorship proposal to increase sponsors’ conversion. All marketing materials needed (brochures, infographics) were created 100% on the customer’s request.
