Mobile App for Social Networks
Description: iOS social media account management app that puts together accounts from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Plus.
Client: US private entrepreneur.
Challenge: Our client requested a solution to unite accounts from several networks in one app. The key feature of social networks is information that constantly updates. So we needed to find a way not to miss any updates there as social networks feeds are very fast-moving. The customer also wanted to supply users not with “read-only” mode, but enable posting abilities as well.
Solution: To avoid information gaps and allow continious stream from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & Google Plus feeds we used parse.com api so that information is displayed, syncronized, updated and never missed with no breaks. We also enabled search via all social networks by hashtags. The app also has a “Read later” list for busy users who are always on a hurry. In addition you can add subscribers who spam or post too much to “black list” without a need to unfollow or unfriend them. The app also has a built-in url-shortener in backend. Another key feature is that it’s completely ad-free with only relevant info in your feed. All networks were integrated using their native APIs.

Success story: The app allows posting abilities for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and after successful launch posting for Instagram and Google Plus is planned while they are in read-only mode. The app can be of assistance for marketing specialists as it can run several accounts from one network at a time (2 instagram, 3 twitter etc.)and digital companies that offer SMM services.
