UI/UX for Xamarin App for Mobile payments
Description: UI/UX design for mobile app that enables online payments both for private and business purposes in a convenient way.
Client: Private payroll company, Australia.
Challenge: The customer owns a comprehensive web platform for online payments. Recently he requested us to develop a UI/UX for its mobile analogue with the basic features and functions from its web version. The app is developed using Xamarin platform. Being very popular among users, app was required to work and look nice both on iOS and Android.
Solution: Due to the fact that Xamarin is a newbie platform, Xamarin Forms doesn’t have an established UI that brought more challenge to the task. We managed to create cozy and user-friendly environment together with other features not common for this technology. Our team worked-out an autofill to speed up the payment process. With our solution, those users who owned several credit cards, could choose the necessary card quickly via special animated tool. Despite technical restraints of Xamarin Forms, our customer got extra features he also requested: popup window with text and special fill-in field to enter PIN (that was separately developed by our team).
