Social App Redesign
Description: Redesign for social app similar to foursquare, but with the focus on service quality and special offers.
Client: Private entrepreneur, the USA.
Challenge: Our customer had an app design for people who like to share info about eateries they enjoyed with their friends. Users can evaluate waitress, share their favourite meals and even learn the dates of their shifts. But for such functionality the design was very poor as for the social app, since users permanently failed to find all the necessary buttons. It took users too much time to operate with the app so they quitted.
Solution: Our team clearly realised their task: create cozy, convenient and the same time simple interface for users so they could quickly and conveniently get where they needed less than in 3 clicks. Now the app has a bright UI/UX-friendly interface where users can follow their favourite places, the wait staff, share meals they liked and leave feedbacks.
